Hannah was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome the moment we sat down. She knew the menu really well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Our drinks were never empty, the timing of the food was perfect, and she checked in just the right amount without ever being overbearing. What really stood out was her attitude—super positive, upbeat, and clearly someone who takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to get service that smooth and enjoyable. If you’re heading to Kelsey’s in Brockville, definitely hope you get Hannah—she made the whole experience that much better.

She really made our visit superb. The food was fantastic and we had the dessert that Tina recommended. Had a wonderful meal and a great visit. We ate ALL of our dessert!!!

The first waiter did not explain that there would be an add on outside of bill so bill is surprise. Second visit Brooke waitress was excellent and food very good. She was very friendly. Third visit with large party host Teygan was rude and slammed menues down and rolled eyes. Very agressive and we believe a bit racist based on behaviors. We will talk to manager next time.
