  We went to Kelsey's last night, I ordered the Balsamic Chicken and my husband ordered Chicken Wings. My Balsamic Chicken didn't look like it always has. The chicken looked like flat chicken from a frozen food store like M & M Meat Store and the sauce has been changed as well. The vegetables were over cooked. I eat the mashed potatoes and only a couple bites of chicken which had very little flavor. My husband ordered 10 chicken wings and they were very small, not big like they always have been. Because the wings were small they added 3 more wings. When we mentioned our concerns to our server she was very kind and apologized. Her service was excellent, it's too bad the food was such a disappointment. She did not charge us for my meal which was very kind of her. It's sad that the owner is down grading on the quality of food but not the high prices they charge. We most likely won't return.

  My first time at this location, my server was Tina. She was super helpful, professional, knowledge and efficient. Was really friendly, and I definitely will be taking her advice and returning for a meal! Thank you Tina! 😊

  We had low blood sugar and was suggested to give Kelsey's a try. I will admit I was a bit apprehensive as I frequented a different location and was not pleased. Instead my experience at the Brockville location was great from the very beginning. We were quickly put to a table and James V quickly came for our drink order. As I was reviewing the menu, James was kind enough to give more details about a dish that appeared in the appetizer section of their menu. He mentioned that the dish provided several protein choices and that it could be seen as a meal in itself. He was true to his word and in fact, I had to concentrate on eating the protein part as the dish was extremely filling. I ordered the Thai Beef wraps with lettuce and was so impressed how the dish reacted in my mouth. The spices weren't over the top, but they snuck up on you and the lettuce gave you an opportunity to 'cool it down' before taking the next bite. James was attentive without being overbearing. My husband ordered a hamburger that had so much protein that we can pass up our next meal it was so filling. Both dishes definitely worth the price.

  We had a wonderful experience at Kelsey’s in Brockville! The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Our server, Tina, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and so patient when helping us take a group photo. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

  My teammates and I were pinned down by heavy machine gun fire, we were taking casualties and running out of ammo. We called for air support but none was available. Ground forces were tied up with other operations and the enemy was approaching quickly. We had just been flanked and our demise was inevitable. Just then Brooke broke through enemy lines on our 9 o’clock. She had performed a counter attack on the enemy taking several captive with her heroics. Brooke delivered us the support and ammo we needed to continue the fight forcing the enemy to retreat. She was awarded the silver star for her service. Best service I ever had
