  Always an enjoyable and welcoming experience at Kelsey’s! We have had Evi as our server a few times now and she has been outstanding every time. Always greets us with a smile, very friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay, and has put in the effort to memorize details of what we regularly order from our last visit. The food always comes beautifully and my daughters have loved their new booze free menu

  We had a really good experience at Kelsey’s. The food came out hot and tasted great, and everything was pretty quick even though it was busy. It’s always a solid spot for a casual dinner. Our server Fiona stood out in the best way. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being over the top. She checked in at the right times and made the whole experience really smooth. Great service makes a big difference, and Fiona definitely made our visit better. Would happily come back.

  Edit — I spoke with Lindsay from Brockville who explained that the delay of a refund is not common and should have been done right away. She is looking into why it would take so long. She also is personally taking it upon herself to make it right.She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks so much, Lindsay! Placed an order for seafood pasta and wings to be delivered. The restaurant called to say they could not fulfil my order and cancelled it. This in and of itself is not the problem. To obtain a refund of my $65 it will take up to SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS! I beg your pardon? To refund my money on an order YOU CAN NOT FULFIL????

  The waitress Evi was excellent. She was very attentive pleasant to deal with. My wife had the steak & Swiss sandwich. The meat inside the sandwich had large chunks with a lot of rubbery fat in it. As a suggestion shred or slice the meat. Use less fatty meat. This would make the sandwich easier to eat. Less chance of getting a big mouthful of just a meat chunks. Thank you.

  I visited your restaurant on Saturday and requested a booth. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, I received a text indicating that my table was ready. When I approached the host, I was told the table was not a booth and that it was the only table available. I was informed I would either have to take the table or lose my spot and be placed back in line, despite having specifically requested a booth and waited for one to become available. While speaking to a waitress to resolve the situation, the host repeatedly interrupted me in a rude and dismissive manner. Toward the end of my visit, I had the opportunity to speak with a manager, who acknowledged that complaints about the hosts’ behavior have been raised before. Once we were finally seated in a booth, the service was excellent, but the initial experience was disappointing. Hosts are the first point of contact for guests and play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Staff in this role must be courteous, attentive, and respectful of guest requests. Behavior such as dismissiveness or rudeness directly undermines the guest experience and should be addressed immediately. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that all guests are greeted and accommodated professionally in the future.
