Staff management partly to blame with thier yelling and exertion of directing team members. Very immature Very un professional Very rude Wait time to place order at checkout too long , Staff seemingly inattentive and distracted ... Very un professional.....

Kathleen and Alexis are always friendly and caring, the only reason we pass the Tim Horton's to come here. We can easily get our breakfast or lunch anywhere else, but great customer service is everything and greatly appreciated in this day and age!

Ryan helped me and he was fantastic. Kind, customer centred, and very humble. I made an error with my order and he politely clarified it for me without hesitation. He served me, wished me a good day, and went right back to cleaning. It is great to see hardworking staff who still take pride in their work and take the time to create a positive customer experience. Food is always warm, though I do wish the coffee was a little hotter!
