  This is our go to location as it's local on our way home. I had to order from Uber eats last night, and what a difference in quality! Our sandwiches were made with the wrong bread and stale bread a that! The order was placed well before closing so that's not even an excuse, the bread was rock hard at the ends.

  This place used to be good for a subway, it SUCKS now. They never do what you ask, you wanted toasted? Too bad, don't wanna do it. They are always closed an hour earlier then any posted time, everywhere says they are open till 10, including the sign right next to their door, nope closed at 9 religiously. Any time I've been inside it feels like you are keeping them from something, just at awkward, bad vibe, like they just want you gone. I've made a point of driving just a bit further to ptbo just to avoid this location, wanted to give them another chance tonight and nothing has changed or been addressed, despite the wave of negative reviews as of late. If you are looking for advice, go to ANY other location if you want what you ordered.

  Used to get lunch here every day for about 2 years and they were always great. Gave them a call tonight to ensure they were open until 10pm as although both their Google page and app both say they are, when I have placed an order at quarter to 9 prior it has been cancelled. The rude man who answered the phone quickly said "no" and then just hung up. I don't know what happened to this place and it's employees but they've gone to complete trash. I will continue to drive into Peterborough as opposed to supporting the business in my own town. Disgusting service.
