  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Richa. She was very friendly, patient, and attentive while taking my order. She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted and handled everything with a positive attitude. The service was quick, and the sandwich was made perfectly. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer experience. Keep up the great work, Richa!

  Extremely unhappy with the service. The staff member, Saloni, was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping. This is not the level of service expected from a place like this.

  Ordered two subs with chips and drink. The woman who served me was rude and not at all customer friendly. The buns were stale and crumbly which surprises me since they are supposed to be freshly baked. The woman started wrapping up my sub before I was finished asking for the toppings. This happen at 430 in the afternoon on Tuesday March 3/26
