  Today I treated my 4 granddaughters to dinner while their mom shopped at Costco ♥️ Alex my server was amazing! my girls always enjoy coming to Kelsey’s. I tried the BBQ Thai lettuce wrap and it was a great change to my regular go to. Love your menu with so many healthy options for me. Thank you

  we stopped by on good Friday for dinner. There was 6 in our group and we are happy with how we were looked after. Our waitress was excellent and service as well. Salmon was over cooked, but tasty.

  Not typically one for review, but great service is bit harder now a days and Megan made my experience at Kelseys in Brantford awesome yesterday. It will now be a regular stop...Wings were pretty good to :)

  Hannah was our server, she gave us a minute to get situated and then came over to her table. Promptly asked us what we wanted to drink. Let us know the specials came back quickly with our drinks, and was very personable and informed about the menu. She checked in an appropriate amount of times throughout the duration of our stay, and gave us our bill in a timely manner.

  Terrible doesn’t even begin to cover it, this place is an absolute joke. My wife and I avoided ordering from here for over 10 years after a disgusting experience at their Oakville location (yes, the one where we literally found hair in our food). Against our better judgment, we decided to give them another shot as its a different location and after a long day at work thought, okay i'll give them another chance. Huge mistake. I ordered the chicken Caesar as a main, what showed up was laughable. Burnt, inedible bacon, maybe four sad, microscopic pieces of chicken, and a portion size that wouldn’t pass as a decent appetizer, let alone a $30 entrée. Total ripoff. My wife’s salad? Same pathetic story, tiny, overpriced, and completely underwhelming. Over $50 spent on garbage and half the price to buy a salad from Wendy's. What a joke!!!! To top it off, they forgot my wifes drink entirely. Not even the basics right. After a decade, absolutely nothing has changed. Still overpriced, still careless, still serving garbage. Honestly, it’s impressive how consistently awful they are. Completely and utterly disgusted, save your money and avoid this place at all costs.
