  Terrible service!!! I went out to go get some late night eats with my girl, i ordered the food and went up to the window, i payed them and was waiting for my food. I just got my windows tinted and they looked dirty so i thought i would give them a look at with my flashlight and then the indian lady that was serving me asked if i was recording her, i replied and said “no i just got my windows tinted and was looking at them” then she starting asking me to show her my camera roll and wasnt serving me untill i showed them my camera roll so then i asked for there names and told them that i wanted to speak to there manager, and they told me that they were calling the POLICE on me?? Say what im just tryna get some taco bell and i ended up speaking to a different lady and she gave me my money back but it was an Unbelievable experience that me and my girlfriend had to deal with, i would defintley not recommend eating out here😡

  I would give 0 stars if I could… almost everytime I’m at this Taco Bell they over charge or mess up my order. Super over priced too. My teenage son was there in the drive thru late at night just had his windows tinted and was checking his tint with his flash light while waiting for his food because I forgot to mention you ALWAYS have to wait and they accused him of recording them. He explained that he just had his windows tinted and they still interrogated him and threatened to call the police on him after trying to make him show them his phone. Very unprofessional. The only good thing about this place is the guy with the red hair, I can’t recall his name but he’s constantly fixing their mistakes he’s the real MVP. I also just read through majority of the reviews and WOW, someone should print them off and hang them up around the joint to warn people it doesn’t seem like the management cares at all what so ever. Also your new nacho fries are fire but what’s not is the 10 you put in the box. 10 single French fries… I counted. Head over to Giant Tiger get some ground beef and Ol Elpaso kit much better experience !

  Staff didn't listen to a single word. Asked for two soft tacos and fries supreme with no sour cream, no combo. She cut us off and said combo, what drink? We said no drink and she asked us again what drink, so we just ordered one anyways. Asked for fire sauce and hot sauce. Drink tasted like the machine was out of syrup, had sour cream on the fries supreme, and got hot and mild sauce. Staff at the window didn't say a word when handing off the debit machine or handing off the food. How hard is it to use our listening ears at the very least when we work a customer facing job?

  This taco always on point with the service, the staff are always friendly and efficient, Jared was very polite and friendly , GREAT JOB STAFF

  i ordered two Crunchwrap’s with no tomato - both had tomato. My fries supreme WITHOUT tomatoes had tomatoes and was put in the bag sideways so it was all smushed to one side. My dip that was supposed to come with chips did not have any chips. The doritos taco was absolutely crushed when it got here. NONE of my 5 sauces i ordered came with it. this is insane and such a waste of $30
