  I’ve never been more frustrated with a restaurant. I asked for a 7 layered burrito - got something completely different drove all the way across town to get them to remake it and was told I would be charged again for the item. I showed them I only took a bite and they said I still need to pay for another item. I just left - I was absolutely floored.

  Taco Bell still remains as my preferred QSR location to dine at. Unfortunately I need to assign all of my visits as take out as Taco Bell does provide sufficient hot sauce for my dining experience.

  I forgor to tell the attendant to have no sour cream because I was with a friend and I didn't know there was sour cream so when I got it and my friend told me there was sour cream AFTER WE GOT IT so I couldn't eat it because I don't like sour cream. The burrito looked good tho

  Every table was empty when me and my family got there, and MOST TABLES WERE STILL DIRTY, food portions for the price were insanely small, and other customers came in and ordered, left came back and complained they messed up their order, the employees weren't even busy and still messed up. I WILL NEVER BRING MY FAMILY TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN, HOW EMBARRASSING !!!!!!

  Ive been here several times, usually order the same handful of items rotating between them during each visit. But never is there proper consistency on how the food is made. Most of the time now, they barely put anything in the taco or burrito, very little of each ingredient which leaves you tasting mostly the taco shell or burrito and you might as well just go to a grocery store and buy the shells and eat that. When you order the nacho fries, be ready to get only half a container of the cheese sauce, not even enough to finish your fries if you get the rare time they fill their paper cup full of fries. Most of the time my fries look like someome took a hand full out before putting the paper cup in my bag, im not sure why they cant fill it so people get a proper portion not half a cup full. And if your hoping that your burrito will at least keep together while eating think again! They put it together so sloppy that it opens up but I guess thats expected when its super flat because they didnt put enough amounts of ingredients in them like it used to be before this location went frugal on how much they want to put into each taco and burrito. Im not sure why they cant take their time to prepare the food properly. People are paying for this food, respect their money and your job and make the food properly and consistently each time. I think its time for a quality check from corporate. If your reading this from corporate, time to do a mystery check in and re-train on proper food making with standards on consistency on each ingredient.
