I called at the store to tell them that you guys didn’t warm bread and cheese slice was as it is and not even melted .. and girl answered you call first before place order .. and she didn’t know how to speak English properly .. I don’t know how you guys hire a staff you don’t even speak English properly at the place where they have to interact with other people .. and then they misunderstand .. and then this happens .. please I request the owner either to change staff or tell them to prepare order properly.

I asked for this deal and the employee said she would have to call her owner, with multiple other people in line. this girl and her owner who she went on the phone with went back to the sign 3 times to try and find a loophole where they did not have to give me a free sub if I bought the $ 50 dollar gift card. eventually I felt guilty for the people who were in line waiting to order so I said forget it. The amount of trouble this owner caused to give a sub when the sign clearly stated if I bought a $50 gift card you would get a free one is mind boggling. Congratulations you saved what tops $10 for the big ad you post outside your store. pathetic
