- KKkaitlyn5 days ago1.0I used to order online here all the time. Unfortunately, recently the quality and portions have drastically decreased. I ordered a 6 inch Pri Pri sub & they didn’t put on the two other sauces and if they did, you definitely couldn’t tell. Barely any chicken. The sub looked very sad to say the least.

I ordered 2 veggie delites, but when I received the delivery, there was only a small portion of lettuce on the bread, a few pieces of cucumbers, and the rest of the vegetables and pickles I selected for my order were missing. I called the store and was told to come to their location at 9 the next day to see the manager, which I don’t understand why. I am a regular in person customer and this is the first time ordering online from subway and has been by far the worst. I will also try to contact the head office so that future customers can get what they request for.

They did not put chipotle, piri piri, Nashville style hot and garlic aioli sauce. I’m spending my 20 bucks on freaking foot long just eat it without sauces. I don’t know if they can read English while making my order or not. Very disappointed. If you are not preparing orders for Uber Eats the way they are mentioned I don’t know what to say.
