  The location at Conklin & Shellard in the plaza - They cannot follow directions when submitted order online for 2 footlong subs. Called to complain and the lady who answered wants to have a conversation with her coworker while im trying to explain the situation instead of listening to me. Then she says that her employee says she added the toppings we are saying are missing from the sub and wants to argue with me that we are wrong and her employee cannot be wrong. When I asked to speak with a manager, the gentleman who came on the phone wants to yell at me and argue that we are wrong as customers and that all the toppings were added because the employee cannot be wrong. He wanted us to drive back there to show him when we had already driven home and I said no im not driving all the way back there I can send you a picture which he was against. So I asked for the owner and he said the owner is not in right now. I asked for the owner's name & so I can contact him about the way his employees are treating me and the manager refused to provide me with that information. Then I said ok well I would like to talk to someone who understands how to speak to customers and not yell at them and accuse them of lying because your "employee cannot be wrong" and he snapped back at me that he is the owner! Which is clearly a lie because he said the owner wasnt in that evening. I will never eat here again and I really encourage anyone looking for a properly made to order meal with courteous staff who can demonstrate customer service standards to go to another subway location! These people clearly dont think they are ever wrong and if you point out their mistake they want to argue and yell at you. If you like to be belittled, accused of lying, and treated like crap - go ahead and support this business! If the actual store owner is reading this, train your entire staff on proper customer service standards and reach out for a conversation of how dehumanizing it was having your store manager yell at me and call me a liar!

  Placed an order at 9:15pm with them its confirmed and at 10:50 the driver calls saying the staff is claiming they never got the order in the first place!! Lazy staff not wanting to do their jobs and make sandwiches!

  I'll be boycotting this specific location. Don't know how the owner is training the employees there, but if you below average service alongside toppings that don't meet the bare minimum amount to constitute a sandwich, then this is the place for you. Come here if you want to get ripped off. Otherwise, I'd recommend driving to a different location.

  Stay away from this specific location. Bite the bullet and drive out to a different location. Ordered a veggie sandwich with spinach onions green peppers olives and cucumbers. They put two spinach leaves, maybe three onions pieces on each side of the footlocker, forgot to put olives and barely sprinkled a couple of green peppers. Never seen a location so stingy with toppings. Hope this location belly flops hard. Owners must be instructing their employees to cheap out on the toppings.

  This subway should close, ordered one rice bowl with chicken. The smell was so awful that I have to throw in garbage 🗑️. Pls improve your quality.
