  closed over 30 mins early on a weekday. it's 8:30 and the door is locked. says closes at 9. ridiculous. It was supposed to be my first time coming here and I'm so disappointed.

  Service was great both times we've been here. The lady was very patient with me as I tried to figure out how to use my egift card. The place was very clean

  Cool that they have the deserts and stuff here. Place is clean. But I was taken aback when the (I presume) owner wouldn't let me put a few less toppings on half my sub so it would be a little more kid friendly for my 2yr old? Less toppings as in saving them money - instead wanting to charge double. Im not going to argue - just take the more toppings (costing them more) to then throw out some for no reason. Don't understand why we can't be flexible with policies if it's not costing them anything to make a customer happy and ensure they return.

  I find it interesting this place had glowing reviews before it even opened but ok.i visited on wensdsy asked for the sub of the day .she had no idea what it was or how to make it.she then proceeded to make it upside down putting all the cheese and toppings to one side.maybe she was in training but no one was watching her.best Mr sub in brantford I think not that would be over at fairview plaza location.
