  Won't be ordering at this location again stood waiting for pickup while the girl behind counter was swearing saying she hates this job. Gravy was cold and chunky missing a fry as well redicoulous how down hill this place has become.

  At this point KFC should just close all the branches and call it off. Ordered 4 wings. They were dry and undercooked. I can say that was the worst wings I ever had and I ever will in my life. How hard is it to make chicken wings.

  Horrible placed an online order to be ready right away. Walked into the restaurant and there was a sign on door stating that the dining room was closed. Dining room was packed with angry people waiting for their orders. Drive thru was closed as well. Severely understaffed. Felt bad for the student that was working the front counter. People were asking for the money back. Skip the dishes orders were being filled before the customers already waiting.

  Go in with coupns that you cant use on the kiosk. No one at the front counter and its 2pm and the dinning area is closed. Like why ? Waited 20 mins for nothing up and left 😒 dont recommend id give no stars if i could. Terrible
