The fries and chicken were extremely salty, the chicken was oily, and the breading was falling off. Not crispy at all. I called to complain and was told that no one else had complained and that the food was fresh out of the fryer and the box makes it moist. Very dismissive response and poor customer service. I’ve had KFC many times from Brampton locations and it’s always crispy and good. This location was honestly disgusting. Waste of money. Stay away. Made my stomach sick 🤢🤮.

The wraps were overpriced, small dry not alot of them certainly not worth almost $4 each . Won't buy again. Small popcorn and fries were dry cold and small. All not worth the money
