She was super kind, very helpful, and genuinely so sweet from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was how talented she is with the cake writing — seriously, her icing work is amazing! You can tell she takes pride in what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect. Great customer service, delicious treats, and an employee who truly deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back!
