I recently visited Arby's and came away with a pretty mixed experience overall. The staff were fantastic and easily deserve 5 stars. Everyone was friendly, polite, and quick while I was there. The atmosphere was also solid—I'd give it 4 stars. The dining area looked clean, there were plenty of comfortable tables, and lots of window seating that made the place feel open and welcoming.
Unfortunately, the food itself was a completely different story, and that’s where this visit drops hard to 1 star. I ordered two of the limited-time roasted garlic roast beef sandwiches and paid extra to add bacon to both. This was a takeout order, so everything seemed fine when I picked it up and I didn’t realize anything was wrong until I got home and opened the bags.
The first sandwich was missing the bacon I paid for, which was already frustrating. But the second one honestly left me stunned. It had no bacon and somehow no roast beef either. Yes—an Arby’s roast beef sandwich that left the kitchen without the roast beef. It was basically just a bun with toppings.
At that point I was genuinely outraged. It’s one thing to miss an add-on like bacon, but forgetting the entire main ingredient of the sandwich is pretty unbelievable. Since I had already driven home before discovering it, there wasn’t much I could do in the moment. The staff were great and the restaurant itself is nice, but the food mistake was so ridiculous it completely overshadowed the rest of the experience.

The person taking the order today at 11 am was exceptional. Patient accommodating, pleasant smile, and very polite. I went through the drive through and had to go in fo x reason, and noticed it was a skeleton crew, making this even more exceptional that the service was this good. The food was very good.

I love going to Arby's on King George. Every single visit the staff are so thorough and upbeat, the company must value their employees because they are always in a great mood.

We just had the most pleasant Valentine Brunch at Arby’s. The door was held for us and we were greeted with a smile. Ordered a meal to split with poppers. The guy who served us was so nice. It was kinda romantic, but that’s how sad our adult lives have become. As we left we were wished a happy Valentine’s Day and a different employee held the door on the way out. A+ Arby’s team.
