  We frequently stop in to this Burger King, unfortunately tonight I wish I would have went somewhere else. Ordered whopper jr combos for the kids, only to get burgers that weren’t fully cooked. Went to take them back and the girl tried to tell me they were cooked, they were pink inside. My child actually took a bite of one and when he noticed spit it out, so I checked the other ones and same thing. After standing there waiting another guy, maybe the manager came to the counter to say that that’s how the burgers come and that they were cooked, I asked if he had looked at them? Because the woman looked at them and threw them in the trash as I stood there and I did not see him take them out of the trash to inspect them. The guy said maybe to try the chicken or another item but I just said to replace the burgers and make sure they were fully cooked. The staff acted like they didn’t want to replace them, but they did end up throwing some together sloppily and forgetting the toppings. My kids were so grossed out they wouldn’t eat the replacements and I don’t blame them. I’ve been there enough to know that the burgers are not usually pink inside , and the fact that they tried to argue instead of take accountability; Very disappointed and will not be back. Wish I would have taken a picture, but I wasn’t thinking in the moment, I returned them and they took them. (I also showed another customer before taking them back to make sure I was actually seeing uncooked meat, and he agreed with me, saying yeah that’s pink)

  Worst experience all the 3 times I tried them, the burger patty was raw! The egg sandwich felt like a rubber and the toast dont even ask please

  Few times we visited, and recently we ordered at the counter and they just look at us even the tall Indian guy manager without even saying hi and acknowledgment. In few seconds I already call the 2 staff attention if I could order. Then that's the only time she quickly approach the counter and took our order. Hopefully next time manager and staff could be more attentive to customers.

  I was trying to call for service at11:30pm At the store Someone pickup and hang up .. What kind of service is that . After I call back 5 time more NO ONE WANTS TO ANSWER THE PHONE !!! VERY RUDE AND RIDICULOUS PLACE!!!

  Order two batches of nuggets waited almost 30 minutes to receive them just to find out that they were undercooked I nearly threw up just off of eating one the service was bad it took too long the floors were dirty the tables were sticky and 2 other people got served before us I will definitely not be ordering from here again
