  Other than the nice older gentleman, nobody here knows how to communicate. Basic customer service training needs to be administered.

  I went on April 9th at 9:50pm and the guy at the window was picking and digging into his nose the whole time right in front of me with no shame. I’ve never seen something so disgusting. Do not come here!!

  Phillip was a very nice, genuine, and happy guy, he made my experience at this Taco Bell very wholesome and enjoyable. I encourage everyone to approach Phillip with a smile.

  Going in person is great, quick service, great food, but when it comes to online ordering, this might be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. 2 orders with missing items. Ordered through doordash. First order missing 2 tacos and a nacho cheese. Got credits back and reordered, and 2nd order came missing 12 cinnabon delights. One time, could be a mistake. But 2 orders back to back is just unacceptable. Workers, please start double checking. And customers, please be careful ordering online.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. The customer service is not welcoming at all — the staff come across as rude and uninterested. No one even says hi or greets you at the window, which just makes the whole experience feel uncomfortable. I also always ask for sour cream in my quesadilla, and every time they ignore that and just put it on the side instead. Overall, the service is poor, the attention to orders isn’t great, and the staff attitude makes it worse. Definitely not a location I’d recommend.
