    Didn't get my order right, had a very tough time with ordering food and the person taking my order couldn't understand my modifications and in the end half the order was still incorrect.

    I went to this location to pick up food at 3 a.m. since they're still open. No one in the drive thru which was perfect - not busy. I ordered two of three different items for my buddy and I and the food was ready quickly - so far so good. One of the items was two orders of Nacho Supremes. I've learned to check my order at this location but since it was a big bag of food and on top of the bag were my condiments and TWO forks, I stupidly assumed all my food was there. Of course there was only one order of Nachos but hey - thanks for getting the fork order right! Needless to say, since this isn't the only time I've been shorted at this location, it's my last time. The food was okay but even if it was all there, it's not worth the $38 and change I paid.

    The Experience: • Poor Packaging: As soon as I reached into the bag, the taco completely fell out of its wrapper. It was a disaster before I even took a bite. • Missing Ingredients: This was supposed to be a "Supreme," but it was missing the two most important parts: the sour cream and the tomatoes. • Quality: Because it was missing the toppings, the taco was incredibly dry—just a sad pile of chicken, lettuce, and cheese in a shell. Final Verdict: It was extremely poorly made and lacked any attention to detail. I will definitely not be back to this location. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually put the "Supreme" in your taco. Do not recommend. Would have rated zero stars if it was an option.

    I’m very upset with the service I received. I am allergic to beef, and I specifically ordered a chicken taco. When I got home, I took a bite, trusting that my order was correct, and realized it was actually beef. This could have been very serious for me. I went back to the store to explain the situation, but the staff member didn’t even let me speak properly or apologize. When they remade my order, it was still not done correctly, and I felt like I was treated very poorly throughout the entire interaction. Overall, this was a very disappointing and concerning experience, especially considering my allergy.

    I visited this Taco Bell location with my family for dinner, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. We placed our order using the self-service machine, and even though it wasn’t very busy at the time, our order took much longer than expected. I understand weekends can get hectic, so delays can happen—but what really bothered me were the small things that reflect poor customer service. The biggest issue was something as basic as tissue paper. They provided an extremely limited amount with the order, and when we needed more, we had to wait at the counter because they keep it behind instead of making it accessible. Even after waiting, they handed out just 2–3 tissues, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and frustrating. It may seem like a minor detail, but these are the things that shape a customer’s overall experience. I even wanted extra tissues just to clean up our table after eating, but that wasn’t possible. It honestly felt like excessive cost-cutting by owner at the expense of customer comfort. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not what you expect when dining out.
