  Ms Meshwa was our server at 160 west Dr Brampton. We were greeted by her very politely. Service was good. She was the best keep it up.

  We love this Swiss Chalet location! The servers are always friendly and the service is excellent. Sam served us this evening and did not disappoint. Our meal came out fast and we were provided with everything we needed. Nice, simple, budget friendly evening out especially for families.

  Every time we go to this Swiss Chalet, our service is wonderful. My grandparents and I love going here. We have had Sam as a server on many occasions and she has always been very warm, welcoming, and very patient with us. :) Thank you to all your lovely staff for the continued outstanding service and for making my family feel so at home.

  I recently visited a Swiss Chalet location expecting to take advantage of a promotion that was clearly advertised, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I placed my order, I was informed that the promo would not be honored, with little explanation or effort to offer an alternative solution. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of consistency and communication. If a promotion is being advertised, customers should be able to rely on it being applied as stated. At the very least, staff could have shown more initiative in clarifying the issue or offering a goodwill gesture. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the issue was later resolved by Manpreet, who stepped in and made the decision to honor the promotion. I appreciate the effort to correct the situation, and it definitely helped improve the overall experience. I hope management can ensure that promotions are clearly communicated and consistently honored across locations to avoid similar situations in the future.
