  0/10 if it was an option, company needs to train employees on how to deliver top tier customer service… paid for two can dine meal plus side of fries and side of mashed potatoes (sauce on the side, so I can reheat at reheat at home) yet for some reason, the mash comes with a fraction of the side of sauce they provide when you order an extra side of fries, so now I’m having to pay again, despite the fact that they have seemingly shorted me… considering the significant size discrepancy size of an extra gravy as someone that also works in customer service sometimes you comp things to retain regular customers (especially when they are low cost) and that is not what happened during my experience. Considering the fact that people are dining out less, stingy practices, such as this do not encourage people to maintain their status as regular customers. This is also a simple reminder that regular customers pay your bills not the infrequent ones. Especially considering customers already know that for a simple rotisserie chicken meal they are paying more than they would if they just bought a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and a bag of frozen fries when dining at Swiss Chalet…

  Came here because I am pregnant and I was craving a Shirley Temple! Rida was the person who attended me and she informed me that they don't sell the drink through the drive thru. I told her I'm pregnant and really craving. She said she would talk to her manager and they made it for us! Such an amazing team!! Thank-you Rida again for making happy customers ❤️

  Swiss Chalet is always a great go to for us. This location was very welcoming. Food came out hot & tasted great. Sania was a wonderful server. So friendly and accomodating, she made our experience even better. Thank you for taking such good care of us Sania! Great service. Will definitely be coming back to this location moving forward. ❤️

  We have been coming to this location since it opened. I can always expect a great meal, great service and great value. It is a clean and well maintained location. I am welcomed as a regular and always greeted and thanked for my visit. Well done to this team. This reflects on the Manager who has been running that place forever. She's always working. Give her a raise!!

  Came here for dinner last night with my wife and kids. The manager with the glasses that sat us was very kind and sweet. The service and the food were also great. However, the older lady seems to have a problem with yelling at the staff every time we come here. If you're going to consistently disrespect your staff please do it away from the dining room. Its very unpleasant and ruins the experience for the guests.
