  This is our go to store in the chain. We are local to three Swiss Chalets but this is the best of the bunch. Smaller but intimate. All the servers are consistently friendly and attentive and the food is always great value. Tonight our server was Dorothy and she did not disappoint, lovely as always. Thank you Swiss Chalet. You are always a sure thing.

  I had such a great experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our waitress, Dorothy. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Dorothy’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out—she went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. It’s not often you come across service that makes such a difference, but she definitely did. I’ll absolutely be coming back and hope to be served by her again!

  Excellent service. We had to get to a theatre show at The Rose, so the waitress put a rush on our order. The food was delicious and we made it to the show in good time.

  Dorothy was amazing server and made or dining experience quite enjoyable! She was pleasant, friendly and very attentive. This is a great atmosphere for families especially with young children 😊.

  My comapny ordered a bunch of food from this location and for my order, I wanted the vegetarian stir fry because I am fasting for easter and can only eat vegan food. The pictures online does not match anything I ordered. Unbelievable!! This restaurant is so stingy with their portions. These portions aren't even sufficient for 1 person. Absolutely ridiculous!!! 1 star review.
