    Worst Subway experience I’ve had. I ordered a sub and was told I couldn’t add extras, which makes no sense for a place like Subway. When I asked why, the employee (Shaqui, I think) said she’s the owner and can do whatever she wants. That response was rude and completely unprofessional. Customers expect standard service, not random rules and attitude. I left very disappointed and won’t be returning.

    Very poor experience at this Subway. I was refused basic extras for my sub, even though that’s normally part of the service. When I questioned it, the staff member (Shaqui, if I heard correctly) said she’s the owner and can run things however she wants. That kind of attitude is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with made-up rules and rude behavior. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

    Really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a sub and was told they don’t allow adding extras, which completely goes against what Subway usually offers. The server (I believe her name was Shaqui) claimed she’s the owner and can do whatever she wants, which felt very unprofessional and dismissive. As a customer, you expect consistency and basic respect, but this visit had neither. Policies shouldn’t just change based on mood or who’s working. Definitely not coming back to this location.
