I really should’ve just walked out before she finished. Hire employees that help you bring repeat customers

The staff member who answered the phone came across as quite rude, and my drink was incorrect—I received Dr Pepper instead of Pepsi. On top of that, the Subway portion felt underfilled and the cookie was burnt. I’d really appreciate better attention to quality and customer service going forward.
