  Unfortunately, I am not able to give negative rating but I believe this establishment deserves -5 (9025 Torbram Rd., Brampton) Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location! I have placed a catering order that is close to $400 for our lunch & learn seminar. When we picked up the order we were extremely disappointed because the order was nothing like what was advertised on their website. Sandwiches were not individually wrapped, and the buns were hard. When I called the store to voice my dissatisfaction, I was basically told by the store manager (Santhie) that it was my fault for not requesting that they be wrapped. Who in their right mind would not wrap a sandwich, especially if it is advertised as wrapped????? If I needed to request that, it would have been useful to have that information on their website. I think she could have at least apologized. Instead, she kept making excuses, and blamed the owner for lack of training. I seldom write negative reviews but this one has earned it. Check out their other reviews, it looks like I am not the only one sharing my disappointment. The people in charge of this location need a master class on customer service.

  I placed an online order through the official Subway app, and my order never arrived. I called this location to ask what happened, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Customer service was literally 0. She didn’t even know that customers can place orders through the Subway app, which is shocking. For reference, here is my order number: 7EAE570F-4E. If the manager reads this, I want you to know I’m not letting my hard‑earned money go like this. I will also be filing a complaint directly with Subway. This experience was unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  I am absolutely disgusted by the two woman who work there that supposedly “helped me out” this evening. I went to them for soup and they didn’t have any or so they claimed. So I proceeded to go home and call around to different subways to find a chicken noodle soup. My mother ended up calling them and they said they would make one just for me as though they were doing me a favour. This is not the first time I’ve gotten the chicken noodle soup so I know it’s supposed to contain chicken in it. This is the chicken noodle soup I got. (See picture) again, I’m very disgusted by how LAZY your staff is and I didn’t appreciate the dirty looks and uncomfortable atmosphere when I returned to pick up the soup. Never going there again.
