  I had a really positive experience at Subway during a busy peak time. Despite the long line and rush, the staff handled everything smoothly and efficiently. The girls working there stayed calm, friendly, and attentive to each customer, making sure orders were accurate and prepared quickly. What stood out most was their teamwork and professionalism under pressure. Even with the crowd, they maintained great service and a welcoming attitude, which made the wait feel much shorter. It’s not easy to keep that level of service during peak hours, but they did an excellent job. Definitely appreciated their effort!

  Absolutely terrible experience with this Subway location. I ordered online specifically to avoid waiting, but still ended up standing around far longer than expected. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not even ready? To make matters worse, the order was completely wrong and missing items and poorly put together. It honestly felt like no effort or attention was given at all. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to address it, which just made the whole situation more frustrating. Basic customer service seems to be a struggle here. Overall, this place is disorganized and unreliable. Between the long wait, incorrect order, and poor attitude, I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere else.

  I placed a mobile order for pickup at 7:15 PM, and it is now 7:46 PM. I understand that it can get busy, but a delay of over 30 minutes without any update is not acceptable. I also noticed that in-store customers are being prioritized over mobile orders, which feels unfair. If there are staffing issues, the pickup times should be adjusted accordingly rather than giving inaccurate times to customers. Additionally, I received a rude response when I asked about my order, which was disappointing. I would appreciate better communication and service in situations like this.

  Me and my friends visited this location recently. I asked the girl do you have any Bogo offer on app going on? And she replied NO deals are going on just regular price. She was very rude and just kept rolling her eyes on us. She wouldn’t even let us sit inside and eat the food. She says after 12 am we don’t allow customers to dine in??? I stayed near this location for 2 years and never heard of this crap before. Later i saw they have Bogo going on App. Pathetic Customer service. Very disappointing. Would not recommend visiting this location.

  This was my 6th time that I went to the store late night because I work till late night, and for the 6th time I was told that they are not accepting any more orders because their system is not working. Looks like the staff don’t want to work at all. Shut the damn store down if you guys do not want to work.
