  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Jigna at Subway. She is truly one of the most hardworking and dedicated employees I’ve come across. Despite often managing the store on her own, she handles everything so smoothly and efficiently—it’s honestly impressive to watch. Jigna manages multiple orders at once, sometimes six or seven or even more, yet she never lets the quality of service drop. She stays calm, organized, and always makes sure every single customer feels taken care of. What stands out the most is her positive attitude—she’s always smiling and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. Her customer service is exceptional. She genuinely puts effort into making each customer happy, and it shows in the way she interacts with everyone. Employees like Jigna make a huge difference and truly elevate the whole experience. Subway is very lucky to have someone like her. She deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. There is currently a “buy one, get one free footlong” promotion advertised on the app, but when I tried to place the order online for this specific store, it showed as unavailable. However, when I visited the store in person, the staff confirmed that footlong sandwiches were actually available. It seems like the location has intentionally turned off online ordering for this promotion, which is misleading for customers. Promotions should be honored fairly across all platforms, and customers shouldn’t have to guess whether a deal is being restricted at certain locations. This kind of inconsistency creates frustration and a lack of trust. I hope management looks into this and ensures transparency and fairness moving forward.

  I recently placed an online order at this location for pickup and the experience was phenomenal. The food quality was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful and made exactly to my liking. A huge shoutout to Jigna and Sandeep for their incredible customer service! They were both so welcoming and professional when I arrived for my pickup. It’s rare to find such a great team that provides both a perfect meal and a friendly atmosphere. They are great at what they do and I’ll definitely be ordering more from this llocation!

  We ordered online last night at this location and they had no option for spinach, the website said out of stock. But when we went to pick up our order we saw plenty of spinach there. We confronted the girl working there and she said she did not know how it’s not available in online orders. They are totally making the customers fool. Totally dissappointed by this location. If they do not have some items, it’s different, but already having spinach and website saying out of stock, it’s totally wrong.Though the girl customer service is appreciated She had already made the order but still unpacked our sandwich and put spinach in it thanks to her .

  I had a great experience here. The workers were really nice and made me feel welcome right away. Jigna and Navjot were especially kind and helpful, which made the visit even better. The food was really good, everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to others.
