It’s great the lady Amrit she was so nice and respectful and she did my order perfectly and she took a good care of it. I really appreciate it. She’s the best and she’s so friendly. She was really taking a good care of the place. Highly recommended.
- AAAnkita AdhikariApr 9, 20261.0No washroom cleaning happening? When asked employee to clean she said that the closing team is about to come at 4 and they will clean the washroom as it’s their task. I am a restaurant manager myself and i would like to let their manager know that please check camera’s as they were not productive and chatting and laughing loudly and still denied the service.
- MSMUBINZAHERA AKBARALI SUNASARAApr 9, 20261.0There customer service is so bad if there’ll be an option for -10 i would like to put it also they just had 1 men’s washroom as a women i asked them to used other washroom she said she don’t have keys for that and ask me to use Men’s washroom which was really dirty I asked her to clean so that I can use and she refused to clean it and said the next shift person will come and clean. I will never suggest to anyone to go to this subway ever 👎

When I asked to use to the washroom they says only men was in use but upon opening I saw that was way dirty . I told the girl, she just ignored and said very angrily that they can’t clean it I could go anywhere else. It was the worst experience I had there . Even they were not buzy at all and were taking to each other that’s is it . Being a worker in customer care , I felt really bad . This is kit how customers should be treated . Either train them again or just give lay off .
