  Very rude staff I place a order and ask to add two drinks and they give me fountain and after I'll ask for bottles drinks and they refuse I'll ask them to charge me how much i need to pay extra but she no she enter on here system and when i say ok i dont need drinks then she say ok we can cancel the privious transaction and charge for for only sub and its a same think i dont no why first why they dont co oprate me may be shes don't know how to use the Payment terminals . But this is very unprofessional and unethical and there faces like rudes like we are the owner and we can't pay you for this job Please be polite and positive with your customers. @subway

  2 girls are working and 6 customers waiting in line around 7pm. The girls said has lots of online orders she is not taking instore customers because shes busy with online orders. Very very badly behaving staff. I asked for manager phone she refused it. Never ever going to this location again.

  The service is absolutely disgusting ! Imagine standing in line for almost an hour and mind your there literally only 5 people infront of us and yet we cannot get our food! Then having others standing in the line for 20 plus minutes only to tell them that they’re not taking anymore in person orders because they have a lot of online orders! The service is absolutely ridiculous, if you cannot have enough staff working close the store earlier. There should be a better system to make sure the customers get what they need in a timely manner and not stress workers out.

  Dear Manager, I recently visited your location around 8pm for a takeout order and had to wait in line for approximately 15–20 minutes. I would like to acknowledge that the two staff members working at the time were doing their best to provide good service. For staff my rating is 5/5. However, they were clearly overwhelmed with multiple orders. They are human beings, not robots, and it was difficult to see them working under such pressure. I kindly request that you review your staffing levels and schedule team members according to daily sales and demand. I live within walking distance of your location, but this experience has made me hesitant to return, as I value my time. More importantly, I was concerned about the workload placed on your staff.

  I’m very disappointed with the service at this Subway location. The wait times are consistently too long, and the store appears to be severely understaffed. On one occasion, I waited nearly 20 minutes in line and eventually had to leave without placing an order. Today, I waited more than half an hour just to order. It’s clear that the two employees working are overwhelmed trying to manage both walk-in customers and a high volume of online orders. This is not fair to the staff or customers. The owner needs to address this issue by staffing appropriately to handle demand and ensure timely service. As it stands, the store is poorly managed and does not provide a satisfactory customer experience.
