    I visited this Subway location around 3 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There were two female staff members and one male, and their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. What stood out the most was the difference in how customers were treated. A white customer ahead of me was treated politely and given extra items without any issue. However, when I asked for extra sauce, I was refused without any proper explanation. It felt like discriminatory behavior, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was an incident where a woman with a child got locked inside the washroom. She was knocking on the door, but none of the staff came to help. Another customer had to step in and open the door. When the woman calmly informed the staff that the washroom might be broken, the male staff member responded by shouting at her. She remained polite, but the staff’s reaction was aggressive and disrespectful. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff seemed unwilling to help customers and lacked basic professionalism. I would not recommend this location.

    Omg the worst experience, staff don’t have any manners and I experienced the worst customer service. They were taking wrong orders and serving wrong items when they weren’t even busy. Felt like they had no interest to work and were pretty rude with everyone present.

    I ordered through the Subway app and had a disappointing experience. I specifically paid for extra sauces (sweet onion teriyaki, garlic aioli, and house sauce), but the sandwich arrived extremely dry with least amount of sauce. On top of that, one of the sandwiches had olives, which I did not request. When I contacted the store, I was told to come in and they would give me sauce separately, which doesn’t really fix the issue—this was a delivery order, and the food should have been made correctly the first time. If I wanted to come to the store, I would’ve not placed an online order. Overall, this felt like poor attention to detail and not a proper resolution. I expect better accuracy, especially when I ordered in a detailed way.

    This is the third time at this location that they have gotten my order wrong. Twice I caught it as I was ordering in-store. This time they added onions to a sub for someone who hates them, making dinner not enjoyable. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone at this location, short of driving back to the store. They do not answer the phone and voicemail is not set up. Tried Corporate but only got a virtual assistant that closed before I finished. So disappointed. I have worked retail and in the service industry so I always tip and am usually understanding but this may be 1 too many errors for me.
