They were doing such a great job, very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole experience. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out. - CBCameisha BeckfordMar 29, 20261.0I had the worst customer service experience ever. I always use my subway app to gain points and look for offers. I was redeeming an offer for 30% off a sandwich on the weekend. The offer wasn’t scanning on the system and took multiple tries before it was accepted. 3 females and 1 male was working. I told one of the females that I appreciate everyone trying to help but I always get errors when trying to redeem offers on the app. I was simply letting her know so she can perhaps follow up with someone when they ask for feedback. She got extremely offended and told me in front of her coworkers and other customers that I should go to another location if I am not happy. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and I told her I was also in customer service and this is not the way you speak to someone. I ask to speak to a supervisor and she refused. I ask for her name and she said no. One of her coworkers apologized on her behalf and said her name is Radica, I am not sure if this is correct because no one is wearing a name tag. This is my first time writing a negative review and I am a big supporter of subway. Pls take this seriously because you will definitely see a decline in productivity at this location with such bad attitude. I am truly disgusted!!!! Feel free to reach out to me if required.
