Absolute zero customer service. Short female employee was very rude today 04/16/2026 between 8:40pm-9pm. I get you are busy but you can't be talking like that to your customer. I just politely asked if I could choose the toppings on the spot for my online order but she refused any customization. She told me that she is too busy for that and it will take all day to do it as the store was super busy. Not sure how picking your toppings on the spot or her reading the order from receipt any different. So I wanted to cancel my order since she gave such an attitude and it was taking too long anyways. She refused to help with canceling the order or with the refund since there was no option on the app on my end. I asked few times for help but she kept being rude. I walked out the store without my order as I almost lost patience with her. I would never go back to this subway again.

I honestly had a pretty frustrating experience here.
I ordered my sub on Italian Herb & Cheese bread, but they gave me plain bread instead. I also asked for extra onions, but there were barely any in there. I asked for one with tomatoes but there were none which was disappointing. There was hardly any sauce in there 🙄
What really bothered me was the service. When I went to pick up my order, there was no one at the front at all. I stand there for few minutes no one acknowledge so called out a few times and could hear people talking in the back, but no one came to help. There were even 2 boys sitting nearby who said the staff might have had some kind of argument and walked off.
My order was just sitting on the counter with my receipt on it, so I ended up picking it up myself and leaving. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.
Overall, it just felt like no one cared. Really disappointing experience. The owner should address this.
my family and I enjoy Subway every week. However, during my recent visit to this location, I encountered multiple issues that were very disappointing.
Old and Unfresh Bread: The bread used for my sub was not fresh at all. It had a very unpleasant smell, and it was extremely dry, which made the sandwich unappetizing. The sub was made by Ms. Komal just 5 minutes before I received it, which raises questions about the quality of the bread being used.
Poor Customer Service: I spoke to Mr. Raj Pahal, the store manager, about my concerns, but unfortunately, the issue was not addressed adequately. Despite my polite request for a replacement with fresh bread or a new sub, nothing was done to rectify the situation.
Rude and Unprofessional Behavior from Ms. Harman: When I tried to escalate the issue to Ms. Harman, her response was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She did not show any empathy for the situation or attempt to resolve the issue in a courteous manner.
This was my first time visiting this location, and I am deeply disappointed by both the quality of the food and the lack of customer service. As someone who has been a regular customer of Subway for many years, this experience has unfortunately caused me to question the standards of this particular store.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future customers do not have similar experiences.
