  Had a great experience at Montana’s thanks to Tabia and Steph. They were both attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out quickly and exactly how we wanted it. You can tell they genuinely care about giving good service, not just going through the motions. They kept the table checked on without being overbearing, and their energy really added to the whole roadhouse vibe. Food was solid, but the service is what will bring me back. Highly recommend asking for them if you go.

  My wife and I recently visited Montana’s BBQ & Bar and from the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and comfortable. What truly made my visit stand out was the exceptional service we received from our server, Anejah. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire meal. From the beginning, Anejah made sure we felt welcomed and took the time to explain menu options and answer my questions with patience. She checked in at all the right moments without being intrusive and made sure everything was exactly how it should be. It is rare to come across someone who provides service with such a positive attitude and genuine care, and Anejah made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The food arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered, and you could tell care was taken in both the quality and presentation. Customer service can completely change a dining experience, and Anejah absolutely exceeded expectations. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression and turned a simple meal into a memorable visit. She represented the restaurant extremely well and made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, I highly recommend Montana’s BBQ & Bar not only for the food and atmosphere but especially for the outstanding customer service.   I recently visited Montana’s Bar & Grill and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing meal. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great overall vibe that made the visit enjoyable. What truly made this experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by Anejah. From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. She made us feel welcomed right away and checked in throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really made a difference. Anejah was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent recommendations, which helped make our meal even better. She was patient, efficient, and made sure our drinks and food arrived on time. It’s clear that she takes pride in providing excellent customer service and making guests feel comfortable. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Everything was well prepared, nicely presented, and the portions were generous. Between the great food and the outstanding service, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I truly want to recognize Anejah for going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Excellent customer service like hers is the reason people come back. I would definitely recommend Montana’s Bar & Grill and will absolutely be returning again.

  Went to Montana’s with a group and had Anejah as our server she was honestly one of the best parts of the night. Super friendly, positive energy, and really easy to talk to. She wasn’t just taking orders, she actually made conversation and made everyone feel comfortable. Even with a bigger table, she stayed on top of everything. Orders came out right, drinks were always refilled, and she checked in at the right times without hovering. You can tell she pays attention and actually cares about the experience. Food was great too, everything came out hot and on time, but the service really stood out. Anejah made the whole night run smoothly. Would definitely come back👍

  Our experience was extremely disappointing. The service we received from Anejah was awful from the start. When we were seated, there was no greeting at all, and no eye contact, which came across as very unprofessional. We waited about 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order, and I eventually had to get up myself and approach her just to be acknowledged. When she finally came to our table, her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Instead of asking something polite like “what can I get you,” she said “what do you want” in a hostile tone. It made us feel uncomfortable and not valued as customers. Overall, the lack of basic customer service, no eye contact, and the negative attitude really impacted our experience. I will not be returning to this location.
