  Went here with my brother after finishing our grocery shopping and decided to grab a quick snack, so we ordered four poutines. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes for the order, which already felt like a long time considering it was just poutine. When we finally got the food and went back to the car, we realized the fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, there was barely any gravy and almost no cheese on the poutine, which made it even worse. It basically felt like we were just given old, cold fries with hardly any toppings. The overall quality was honestly disgusting and really not enjoyable. It was especially surprising because it has never been this bad before. We’ve had much better experiences here in the past, but this time it was a huge letdown. Based on this visit, we would honestly give it a 1-star rating. tip for everyone, skip this location and go to another one that’s worth your time!

  The worst . I used to always order Uber Eats from this location until they started messing up my orders . They never add dip cups which I PAY for . I always pick fuze as a drink and it’s been 3 times they’ve been sending a root beer . One time messing up is fine i understand as I’ve worked in this environment as well . But continuing these slip ups and never taking accountability is ridiculous. Feels like a waste of my money . Go to the bramalea and sandalwood location , I can genuinely say they’ve never messed up my order . Do better .

  I was going to order food at this location, but I noticed the worker that was preparing the meals not wearing gloves and directly handling the raw ingredients with his bare hands. This doesn't seem very sanitary.
