  Not satisfied with the customer service visited today afternoon ordered food had to wait and the Indian manager she was so rude and didn't provide good customer service. She should improve her tone.

  Food was ok, not the best I have had. But the order-taking was very good. The girl Emma took my order and was very kind to me, had a bright smile and honestly made me smile myself. She even asked if I wanted my receipt, I’m never a person who wants it but I have also never been asked if I wanted it so to have that type of consideration in a customer is very nice. Wish to see her more, as your other employees are rude and have nothing but attitude. Bet other customers would agree.

  We ordered Spicy veggie burger and look at the qty of mayo in burger. Completely dry burger. Barely I can see anything. I have had burger at many McDonald's but this was worst quality.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s (time:12:30pm) I made a simple request for a small coffee in a medium cup and even offered to pay the difference. The staff member’s attitude, however, was completely unprofessional, it felt as if she was doing me a favour instead of simply doing her job. If you cant make this change, you politely say NO Also no matter if a customer’s order total is $1, $10 or $100, everybody deserves same respect! There was visible frustration and a rude tone in her response, which is unacceptable in any customer service setting. Customers are paying for a service and deserve to be treated with basic respect. Let me tell you one thing lady, you CHOSE to work here, nobody is forcing you, better do your job with some manners! This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the location. Management should seriously look into staff training and professionalism.

  Overall experience was nice, staff was welcoming and friendly. They made my order right. There’s delay in receiving my order, I think they were short staffed as only 2 persons were there handling all the stuff by themselves.
