  I am writing to share my concerns regarding the management and overall customer service experience at this establishment. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been consistently disappointing, particularly when it comes to the professionalism and attitude of the staff. The most concerning issue is the behavior at the drive-thru. On multiple occasions, staff members have come across as dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily rude. Customer interactions feel rushed, and there is little effort made to communicate clearly or respectfully. Instead of feeling welcomed, customers are often left feeling like an inconvenience. What is especially frustrating is that this attitude persists even when the drive-thru is empty, which makes the behavior even more difficult to understand or excuse. While I understand that fast-paced environments can be stressful, maintaining a basic level of courtesy and professionalism should always be a priority—especially in customer-facing roles. A positive attitude goes a long way in creating a good experience, and unfortunately, that seems to be lacking here

  Store was not open during the hours said because they were cleaning. Was there at 630am till 7 still waiting. not open. Wanted to order at self service because wanted to make my own order. You lost a customer for this location. Just be open when supposed to be open it was not like there was not of people there at 630 in the morning they can't be open and clean I would have been the only one in there and would have been in and out in a few minutes so I don't understand why you were not open when supposed to be.

  I’ve been coming here for some few nights cause of late night work. The staff in drive thru is EXTREMELY RUDE she has no service skills, disrespectful and you can clearly hear the attitude in her voice. She makes me want to never come back. But it’s the only one on my way, and just hearing her voice! Makes me want to go elsewhere! Please, management needs to really address the situation!

  Shitty service by the employees, way too unenthusiastic and very bland service. No way you guys are like ai to people on top of just being rude, they refused to give me a bag for 4 drinks. I order all the time from skip from another place they always give me a proper bag whether is delivery of pickup. The lady right now needs to get fired. It’s not racist to comment about bad service.

  I’m honestly beyond disgusted and upset…. I ordered food from the McDonald’s at this location late last night (my order was placed at 2:18am), and I found what appears to be a human nail in my burger. To whoever was on duty preparing food between 1–2am, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. There is no reason something like this should ever end up in someone’s meal. I could have easily swallowed this without noticing, and that’s honestly disgusting, disheartening and overall inhumane. It’s a serious hygiene and food safety issue and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I’ve already reported this and have proof of everything, but I will be bringing public attention to this situation moving forward if it is not handled properly. This should never happen to anyone…. I expect real accountability.
