  This review is for McDonald's at Castle Oaks Crossing. We saw one employee preparing the food without even putting gloves on. Also, it's considered a lack of hygiene. After the coronavirus pandemic, many people ended up falling sick. As our humble request, do please look after the hygiene and always keep on monitoring it. Not only for this location but for all of its other locations too especially for McDonald's. Thank you.

  I placed an order around 3:30 AM for burgers. They don’t switch to the breakfast menu until 4:00 AM, which is clearly evident in their own app—the app explicitly states that dinner items are available until 3:59 AM. Despite this, the staff admitted they chose not to make the order because they wanted to switch to breakfast early. That is lazy and incompetent. If you’re not going to honor your listed hours, don’t accept the order. Instead of cancelling it or informing me, they made me wait nearly 2 hours with no updates. During that time, I contacted delivery support 4 times and was repeatedly told the order was being prepared. The delivery driver waited over 40 minutes at the restaurant. Only after the driver questioned them did the staff say the driver should call me and tell me to cancel the order myself. It’s obvious why—they didn’t want to take responsibility or incur any penalties, and instead tried to push the cost onto me. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, support was useless, and when I called, they hung up on me. No accountability, no communication, and zero professionalism. Avoid this place. If you visit the store in person and look at all the staff, it's kind of obvious why this happens as 99% of restaurants with that kind of people have poor service like this.

  I eat breakfast here occasionally when I visit the city. The cleanliness is great and I have always had great counter service. The lady at the cash is welcoming and efficient.
