  Disappointing experience just bought meal and there was very little mayonnaise at all need yo improve service and i need my money back if possible not happy with the service and food

  I went to McDonald’s today and had a very poor drive-thru experience. I ordered a Big Mac meal with Coke Zero, no ice, but received a regular Coke with ice instead. When I asked for it to be changed, I was given the same incorrect drink again.Girl on window name Muskan, seemed confused and unprofessional, and I was asked to pull ahead to the next window. Overall, the service was disappointing.

  No knowledge of hygiene, when I came to pickup my order, the worker was cleaning the garbage and he came in and without washing his hands or wearing any gloves he touched the food that I ordered. Honestly was one of the worst experiences I ever had. Absolutely disgusting!

  This is my local mcdonald’s and it’s by far the worst one ever. costumer service: horrible, food. mediocre, atmosphere: mid. They can’t count money and shove the debit machine down your throat. They don’t know how to communicate with customers in a respectable manner. Every time I get a meal here it’s either raw, something’s missing, or just mid. Do NOT come here. Go to a different mcdonald’s. Honestly, everybody needs to be fired.
