  Drive through sucks, gave totally different sauce and makes customers boil over and wait for them to forget to about the food. Food comes cold

  One star is not how I’d describe this place at all where arw all the employees why is there so much talking with other customers while other customers wait 10+ minutes for there order The wait time is insanely long took up majority of my lunch waiting for my food with not a lot of time left to eat it The employees are extremely rude aswell

  It was a drive through, had ordered 1 vanilla ice cream the order was taken and what I received was a chicken and fries and the lady said that I never heard vanilla ice cream. This is a chicken spot, not a vanilla ice cream to which I explained to her that McDonald’s also serves burger, but that does not mean it is not serve ice cream. Her attitude was very rude and dismissive even after she realized that it was a mistake on their side where they did not hear us properly. She just gave us two small fries for five dollars that was charged. When you’re giving the order she didn’t ask or confirm anything, but she asked how many we Really clearly said vanilla ice cream as Google review show that that’s what they give and we only went there because our daughter was requesting for it. Unapologetically very rude and very bad service anybody coming to this location should avoid.

  The lady serving the window has a serious problem. Doesn’t listen to order request and pretends like she doesn’t understand what I ordered, and has poor customer service skills. I’m honestly a very patient person but I cannot deal with her again. Absolute train wreck of a person. I would avoid this location unless you want trouble getting your food.

  I visited the KFC location at McLaughlin and Bovaird today and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a variety bucket, hot wings, and a slider. While placing the order, I clearly and specifically requested that all the food be made fresh. However, despite emphasizing this, the food we received was cold and seemed like it had been sitting for a long time. The quality was extremely poor, and the food tasted unpleasant and not fresh at all. It was honestly a very frustrating and disgusting experience, especially when we made the effort to request fresh items. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality and customer service at this location.
