  I had a really great experience at KFC! The food was fresh, tasty, and served hot. Everything was prepared perfectly, and you can really tell they maintain good quality standards. A special mention to the manager, Satveer Kaur — she is absolutely amazing. She manages the team very well, is very professional, and ensures customers are taken care of properly. Her positive attitude really stands out and makes a big difference. Overall, a fantastic place to visit. Highly recommended!

  The food was fine, but they had like no sauces in stock and were really rude about it, whoever does the food ordering is slacking. also, the girl who works in the drive through is so rude, no manners, TERRIBLE customer service, straight up slammed the window In my face for asking her what her name was, said she isn’t allowed to tell her name and did some weird motion at me through the glass and opened and slammed it and walked away, I will forever avoid this location, the workers are very rude, it’s not Canadian customer service, not polite at all.

  I order a 6 piece chicken online and selected dark meat, and called the location a requested only thighs. Guess what they didn’t send all thigh. This is how the wrap came.

  When the manager is present, service is actually good. Everytime I've been to this location and the manager was not present the workers are just dragging their feet. I was literally the only one at the location, not even on a Tuesday. There were no other orders on screen but it still tool 30 minutes to get a 4 piece meal at 4pm.

  Worst experience ever, took so long to get my food, my drink was warm and when we asked for ice the girl said it is in the back. Why is it in the back and not given to costumers? And to top it off they got the whole order wrong. Never going there again worst kfc employees.
