  Used a Code 7 coupon for my kids, but the portion sizes were very disappointing compared to the price paid. The quantity was much smaller than expected and didn’t feel like good value at all. The chicken is very oily. I understand promotions may differ, but this felt unfair. If portions are reduced with coupons, it should be clearly mentioned. Not satisfied with this experience

  Bad experiment as they look like closed kitchen ahead of closing time and told me to wait 20 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken to be ready atv10:07 pm.

  Amazing customer service skills .. the manager is super nice , we over heard her dealing with a customer issue & she was so helpful to the customer!!! Food is amazing , nice and crunchy

  It's a shame I can't give this less than 1 star; this location doesn't deserve even that much. Our food quality was so bad we couldn't even finish; it felt like old chicken and looked like the oil had been used multiple times. On top of that, the customer service was so bad; they were treating me like I went there to disturb them. I wouldn't recommend this location to anybody.
