  We were sat by a man who was smaller in stature. I think his name was Parth. He was super delightful and accommodating. We don’t want to be sat near children, so he switched the seats without issue. He made small chat that was very pleasant and humoured but also very professional. Our bartender (female) was also great. She was super personable. The food was great and drinks were served cold and on time. We later realized that the person who sat us was obviously a manger of some sort, so we felt extremely grateful. 10 stars!!!

  Went in on a Thursday afternoon for happy hour. No greetings, his or hello fellas. Didn't feel welcomed at all. There were only two other people at the bar. A couple ofLadies. The bar had alot of flys swarming around the taps. When we asked some questions, we were told to look at the menu and find out ourselves. Bartender said im getting slammed. It was not slamming i can tell u. But at least the beers were cold and the wings came out good. Looks like Ray Charles cut the celery and carrots. Put someone with a sense of humor and personality behind the bar. Terrible vibe. Never will I go again or bring a friend. Maybe a good place to break up.

  I’ve been to Kelseys before and usually had a decent experience, but this Brampton location was really disappointing. The food felt stale. We ordered a burger with sweet potato fries but got regular fries instead. That wouldn’t have been a big deal, but the fries were soggy and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while, so we didn’t eat them. The burger also didn’t taste fresh, even the bun felt like it had been sitting for too long. I also ordered the chicken Thai curry with noodles, but it came with rice instead. Again, I could have overlooked that, but unfortunately there was a hair in the dish. I had to send it back without even taking a bite. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and wasted our money! we ended up going somewhere else to eat. Really disappointed with this visit.

  I had arranged a dinner for my colleagues at M E R C E D E S BRAMPTON . We were a group of 30 people and we had an exceptional evening. Food was delicious, service was outstanding and above all Parth SAINI and his two team members Kaya and Ayesha gave all of us an un forgetful experience . Special thanks to PARTH.

  What an amazing evening!!! The food was delicious and the service was even better. Ayesha, Kia and Parth (Manager) hosted us for a party for 30 and we had a great evening. I've been to many other Kelseys locations for similar events and left disappointed. Can't wait to bring my team back here again soon. Thank you everyone here at Bovaird Kelseys!!!
