  I had this wonderful hostess named Erin, who was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. She made the whole experience even better with her warm smile and caring attitude. Erin was truly lovely and made everyone feel comfortable and appreciated.

  I had an amazing experience at this Kelseys Roadhouse location! The food was delicious, came out quickly, and everything was cooked perfectly. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service from Emily. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to be served by Emily again!

  Had an amazing experience! Veneice was absolutely the best server I have ever had. She was welcoming, attentive and very helpful. Her positive and friendly attitude added to the experience, and she was very knowledge and understanding about any questions I had regarding the menu. I will definitely be back!

  I don't normally leave reviews but this experience was so strange I have to say something. Wife and I went in around 9:30pm to grab some food, and catch a bit of the raptors game as a bonus. We understood it would be busy and were prepared for that. However, we did not anticipate being blatantly ignored. While waiting at the front to be seated, many of the staff saw us, made eye contact and even passed us while serving other tables. But no one acknowledged us to say that they'll be with us shortly. Naively, we saw that there were empty tables, so we patiently waited in the hope that they would get to us soon, but it was as though we were invisible. After 10 minutes, I flagged down a server and ask if she could seat us. She said she would call the host. We waited another 5 minutes but no one came - I managed to catch another staff member and asked to be seated as we had been waiting for some time now. She cleaned the table and seated us. So, we waited 15-20 minutes to be seated despite there being empty tables. Once seated, we quickly decided what we wanted as we knew it might take some time to prepare. We sat there for another 15 minutes, but no one came to take our order. We made a couple of attempts to catch the attention of staff rushing by but to no avail. We assumed they were just busy, but then we saw that a gentlemen who was seated long after us was approached unprompted by a server, had his drink order taken, and fulfilled, all while we continued to be ignored. I'm not sure why we were getting this special treatment (please note that we had not spoken or behaved rudely with staff in any interactions), but it became clear we would not be served food tonight. So we left and went to the Harvey's on the other side of the plaza to finally got some food. In total we ended up wasting 30-35 minutes being ignored before we walked out.
