- MMManroopApr 5, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at Harvey’s drive-thru. After placing and paying for my order, I was asked to pull over and wait at the side door for a poutine. I waited for about 15 minutes, and no one came out or checked on us. Eventually, a staff member came over and asked if we were waiting for something, which was surprising since we had already been told to wait there. After reminding him about our order, it took another 5 minutes before we finally received the poutine. What made the situation more frustrating was that there were no other cars in the drive-thru for at least the first 10 minutes, so it didn’t seem particularly busy. Overall, the lack of communication and long wait time for a simple order was disappointing. I hope the team can improve coordination and customer service in the future.
