  The closest Thai Express closed in my area. I’m glad this one is open. Love the service and the atmosphere. The place is clean and decor is a nice touch. Definitely one of my favourite spot!

  The first time I tried the Thai shrimp fried rice (no eggs), it was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I became a returning customer. On about my third visit, I had my first negative experience. I placed the same order — Thai shrimp fried rice with no eggs. A young chef (I don’t know his name) took my order and seemed to disagree with me about requesting no eggs. Fortunately, another chef stepped in, eased the tension, and remade the order correctly. I brushed it off as a misunderstanding and continued enjoying my meal. Because the food is genuinely good, I didn’t want one uncomfortable interaction to ruin a dish I really like. So I returned again. Unfortunately, I encountered the same chef. He recognized me, and I gave him another chance to take my order. After confirming it, he looked at me with an attitude and questioned if I was sure about what I ordered. I was surprised but remained calm, took my food, and left. On my next visit, I once again had the same chef. This time, before ordering, I asked a simple question: I had noticed that sometimes my meal comes in a box and other times in a bowl, and I wanted to know why. He responded in a heavy tone that there is a $1 price difference, and his body language made the interaction uncomfortable. When I asked what the issue was, his demeanor worsened, and he became visibly dismissive. At that point, I calmly directed my concerns to another staff member and made it clear that I did not want this individual preparing my meal. I also asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. I was told the manager was on vacation. The other chef prepared my meal and said he would speak to him. I later called the store to follow up, hoping to speak with the manager. Ironically, the same individual answered the phone. He told me he didn’t know when the manager would return and could not provide a good time to call back. This is why I am leaving this review. The food is genuinely good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope management sees this and addresses the issue, as customer service should match the quality of the food. Unfortunately, based on these repeated experiences, I do not plan to return.

  So I love Thai Express and I've been to multiple locations in our city. I always order the Pas See Ew. NO EGG and sub the Chinese broccoli for Canadian broccoli.. I dined in at this location on Mclaughlin and Bovaird in Brampton tonight and this is what they gave me! Half empty!! When I asked I asked the staff kindly if this was some kind of mistake they said no. They said this is how it comes. Ummmm $17.16 for Half a bowl is Shameful! None of the other locations do this. YOU GUYS ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. Not just that, but when I kindly brought this to your attention you said this is the portion and offered nothing. AGAIN SHAMEFUL!! I sat and ate my food quietly but I definitely will not be coming back to this location! You guys need to do better!! For the record, I also posted a picture for you to see how the rest of the Thai Expresses give people what they pay for!!!
