When we received the orde, it was a KFC order when we ordered Taco Bell, had to drive to the restaurant and replace our order just to wait another 25 minutes in the restaurant. Tonight we tried to order again. We were missing half of our order, the wrong sized drinks and the wrong tacos. Trying to get ahold of the restaurant I had to call 10 times for someone to pick up the phone and hang up on me. When I finally got ahold of someone they asked if we could come back a different day to get the order. Again we had to drive to the restaurant to have everything replaced and made fresh. How hard is it to read an order off a screen, pack it and send it out for delivery?

I didn’t want the fries supreme, I only asked for cheesy fries. Girl stated “I won’t charge you extra, but that’s the same price”. Confused on this.
