  Horrible customer service, I am pure vegetarian (don’t eat eggs) so I requested no chipotle sauce in my burrito but they did not make my burrito correctly and I found out once I got home. I went back to the store to show them my burrito and explain what went wrong and the lady at the front was not understanding and blaming us although we had the receipt and we clearly removed it from our burrito. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you’re looking to make modifications don’t come here they’ll think you’re wrong!

  Don’t hate on these guys. They have never done me wrong. Just order more clearly okay? The food always hits. The workers are some of the sweetest people ever. I’ve gotten a free poutine, and they are very understanding with order issues when they come up, being given a free chalupa and etc. if need be. Love you guys!!! Love my nacho fries 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

  Ordered two chilli cheese burritos and fries, chilli cheese burrito was made with a scoop of regular beef tortilla was not warmed or steamed it was stale and cold. Fried were also cold. When I went back to show them, they would not listen and had to ask them to touch the tortilla to which they said the would re make the order and closed the window, no apology, and very poor service.

  Would give this Taco Bell a 0 star if possible. Always messing up your order, the amount of meat to wrap portion is a SCAM. It is worth it to travel further for a different Taco Bell. Even when we went, they were that busy but yet messed up my order. I will be reaching out to Taco Bell headquarters to notify the disappointing service. Not worth a single penny

  Extremely rude and upsetting experience. We first ordered through the drive-through and were given the wrong order, which was not vegetarian. While mistakes happen, we went inside to have it corrected. Unfortunately, the employee Isma was extremely rude and did not apologize at all. She then gave us another incorrect order. When we pointed out that it still wasn’t ours, she removed a single item from the bag and handed it to us. We repeatedly asked her to confirm that the Crunchwrap was vegetarian, as it comes in both beef and bean options. She assured us it was vegetarian but did so with a very disrespectful and dismissive attitude. When we got home, we discovered it had beef inside. We had to drive back again due to the frustration, and even then, she still did not apologize once. One mistake is understandable, but multiple errors combined with a complete lack of accountability and basic courtesy is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
