  Didn't think could make the place worse, but they have now. No cashiers now. Doesn't print receipt then staff ask for order number. Can't customize orders on touch screens. Still very slow to process orders 7-10 min when only customer waiting inside. Doesn't matter if order dine in, still getting in a paper bag (not very environmentally conscious). Won't be back here

  This is to the owner. In my past like 5 visits at ur store, ur staff has not broken the streak of messing up our order one way or the other. Be it getting our drinks wrong or giving us beef products when we specifically asked for “vegetarian”. Idk if they are deaf or just incompetent. Today smth very new happened. We wanted to go inside the store as your store hours mention open until 1 am, but your staff member that was cleaning up was in her own world. She says she is “not feeling well” so she needs more time to sweep and mop and thus she decided to close the store early. Now i don’t know if it was approved by the manager or owner but it’s literally so unprofessional of them. My visit was around 12:10 am. Don’t get me wrong , the food here is good. It’s solely ur staff. Please retrain them if anything

  There was one time I came here to get a a simple dollar menu burrito. The drive thru wasn't busy yet for one burrito, it took a long time to make. When I literally picked up food from another place to come back, the burrito wasn't ready. When I confronted the lady about it, she spoke in Punjabi to another coworker about how they should've had the order done by now. Well hire a better team so you don't have people getting their orders wrong or wait for 1 thing for more than 10 minutes.

  Terrible! Every time I go here in the drive through, they forget something! I have to come back in. They don’t answer their phones either. I just left drive thru, they forgot my cinnamon twists. I got home, and my bucket is two pieces short. I’m frustrated . Even INSIDE, there is some confusion at the cash when trying to customize an item, it’s like they don’t understand. Better training is needed or more staff to keep up if it’s too busy! This is the closest location to me and it’s unfortunate that I’ve had more bad experiences than good.

  We went to dine in. The worst customer service, the manager name (RAJI) was yelling and shouting on all the staff, treating her staff like this is her Indian country and she is doing some sort of slavery on the staff. She was yelling at uber drivers. My children and all the other guest who were dinning in were listening and no one could enjoy their meals in peace. Our order was made wrong instead of apologies she was yelling and being disrespectful. Avoid this location at all costs. I am also going to complain about this so called manager Raji to labor law and will escalate it, this should not be normalized in Canada. Managements should learn to respect their employees and guests.
