I placed an order and was assured everything was included, only to find that an entire $8 Chalupa was missing. For a fast-food restaurant, getting the basics right—preparing and packing the correct order—should not be this difficult. What’s more disappointing is that no one answers the phone when you call to fix the issue. There seems to be no ownership or accountability, and it’s extremely frustrating when customers are left with missing items and no way to resolve it. Despite having an ordering system that clearly lists items, the team still struggles to follow simple instructions and accurately prepare orders. Renovations mean nothing if the service and operations behind the counter don’t improve. The franchisee seriously needs to reconsider staffing, training, and overall operations, because this level of service is unacceptable. The value for what you pay is incredibly poor, and I cannot recommend this location. Avoid this Taco Bell if you’re expecting accuracy, service, or value.
