My order was rushed , it was Cinnabon delights I bit into the middle. It was cold. I took it back and she said “So you wanted more” already jumping to conclusion that I’m some sort of calculated customer trying to scam the business. Aswell as, “I am not doing this again. This is the only time I’ll do this” Accusing me instead of hearing me out, if I wanted more I would’ve eaten them and came back complaining. I clearly took one bite out of the two in the pack that I PAID for, and said excuse me the middle of this is cold. Meaning it’s frozen, meaning it was undercooked. If this is who you’re hiring to be your front end, customer service lead make sure part of your training undergoes not arguing with customers over mistakes done on your end. Ridiculous.
