- ACAmanda CabralDec 11, 20251.0DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ON UBER EATS OR OTHER SERVICES. I was very upset upon receiving my order. I ordered 2 pepsi and 2 dr pepper. I was surprised to see 2 fountain drinks which I didn’t order as I ordered bottles. Upon tasting them both they were not Dr Pepper they were Pepsi. When this was realized I called them on the phone to let them know and I got nothing but attitude on the phone. The lady said they do not have Dr Pepper so they just replaced it. So I the asked why was I not called by them or even the uber driver to ask what substitute I wanted. They just took it upon themselves to replace with very water downed Pepsi fountain drinks. She informed me oh they do not do this (when I know they do as other places have before). I asked for a manager as she was refusing to correct the situation. The manager was conveniently not in. After much frustration I decided to hang up as I was not getting anywhere with them. Why would they decide to just replace an item without asking the customer what they would prefer as a substitute. This is the fiRST I’ve heard of this as every other place I’ve ordered from calls me to ask or offers money back if it’s not there.
