  I paid for a combo that included a drink, but an employee told me I didn’t have one. After arguing, another employee confirmed I did. Both were rude and unprofessional. This happened around 2:00 PM. Very disappointing service.

  Worst experience ever I ordered beans in my tacos and fries and got beef instead. Went home and almost ate the taco until I smelled the beef. I am 100% vegetarian don't even eat eggs or fish and this was beef! Like this is ridiculous I confirmed with the guy 3 times and he said yes it beans while place the order and then when I got it I found out it was beef. Do not recommend this location at all! Please go somewhere else the staff is really rude and unprofessional and when I came back all the way to show them they started arguing with me. Worst experience ever. This does not meet the standard of Taco Bell. I am very disappointed as I was a regular customer but not anymore. They deserve 0 stars.

  this Taco Bell sucks. I ordered off Uber food from Taco Bell. I received half my order missing four tacos two Natchu fries and they gave three Pepsi instead of three Baja blast. We called them. They were so rude. They told us they were out of Baja blast so they gave us Pepsi, which is understandable but they could’ve put that on the app or they could have messaged us. when we called the first time, we told them everything that was missing and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They couldn’t give a refund, or they couldn’t give us our order if we were to come in on the phone they were giving us no help whatsoever, and the lady was being very rude. I hung up the phone because I couldn’t even take this anymore during that call. They did not write my name down and I told him I was coming in. 10 minutes later I got a call back from the lady who was helping me who would not provide her name for me and another guy answered the phone as well and they were saying what was wrong with her order again I re-explained it to them being calm and then they just said that there’s nothing they can do about it again. they then proceeded to tell me that it must’ve been the Uber driver‘s fault and not their fault but I’m sorry who packed the orders and then they also told me that the Uber driver packed the order.I asked what was the point of calling back and they said “ I just called you back to tell you we packed your order, right“. This is absolute ridiculous. This is not how you treat customers. I do not understand this whatsoever. The people who also picked up the phone could barely speak any English. They did not provide me with any contact support help or anything at all. Why hire people who are incompetent and can’t understand what I’m saying, as well as blaming other people for their problems when it’s literally just themselves. I spent $70 on Taco Bell, which was a bad mistake originally but seriously this is what we gonna. This is disgusting.

  Ordered on uber eats, never got my drink, ordered sauce packets and never got a single one. I've had better from different locations to be honest. The food itself was not the greatest my taco fell apart as soon as I held it I didnt even bite into it and it broke. It also seems like they don't want to give you enough meat though..
