  Constantly disappointed with this place but the fault is mine for continually going back. Rarely do they get an order correct. Always something missing or overlooked. Zero quality check before sending out these orders very disappointed. Would not recommend this location. Swiss chalet is great, just not here!

  Imagine ordering quarter chicken dinner which you've ordered your entire life and this time there's a new selection that you can put buffalo sauce on it, and so you try it with the buffalo sauce and instead of it being buffalo sauce what they do is they put the chicken back on the grill with the buffalo sauce to completely burn the chicken burn the buffalo sauce, which makes it completely inedible and absolutely disgusting and then add some kind of weird non-buffalo sauce spice on it or something and it tastes disgusting. This was not a buffalo sauce, and this was not Swiss chalet. This was absolutely grotesque and an embarrassment to an entire franchise. I normally wouldn't leave a bad review, but this was absolutely sick for $50! And the spinach dip was so old that it's solid solidified on top and you have to like break through the hard crust of the surface of it to get to the middle which was cold as if it had been sitting there the entire day like absolutely nasty. I can't believe the poor quality of Brampton in every single aspect of food, customer service, driving, restaurants, everything has gone to absolute waste and garbage in this city! No wonder so many people want to leave now! I mean, the fact that somebody saw the chicken the way that it looked and decided to continue to put it in a box and have it delivered to somebody's house after they've paid for it is unfathomable to me! This is not either the Cara company franchise or any restaurant or any level of customer service. It's just disgusting and I will never in 1 million years ever order out at any restaurant in Brampton ever ever again this was my final straw. I just wanted to not cook tonight. I wanted to sit down and actually watch some TV and relax and not have to cook anything and I couldn't even eat one bite of this. I hope you all enjoy the pictures because it looks way worse in person. I did try to eat a bit of it and it wasn't just burnt it was Charlcoled and had a weird chemical cleaner taste on it...

  I went to have dinner with my daughters and our server Maria was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughters comfortable and pleasant at all times. She provided excellent service for me and my daughters, if I had to rate her from 1-10 I’d give her a 20!

  I had a really good experience at Swiss Chalet. The food was great, but what stood out most was the service. The two take-out girls, I believe their names were Sofia and Briana, were super friendly and helpful. They made ordering easy, had a few laughs with me, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

  Recomendo fortemente a Maria qnd. quiser um bom ambiente depois de fazer seu pedido com ela que anotará atenciosamente sem depois vir a sua mesa vez após vez, não não, Maria tem o feeling de não só, não perturbar esse sagrado ambiente como estará sempre por perto mas sem quebrar o clima da refeição da sua mesa. Ps: Se desejar que seu atendimento seja feito em Inglês/Português, Maria é a sua atendente 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Maria você foi ótima, obrigado por atender minha esposa e eu e nos propocionar a mais tranquila experiencia que eu já tive em um Swiss Chalet
