  Horrible service at the take-out counter. It took 40 minutes to get an order of 2 dinners. The person ahead of me got fed up with the wait and left. I gave the employee at the order counter my coupon and she told me it was expired. The coupon did not expire until March. I was paying with a digital gift card and she didn't know how to apply it, she said she only knew how to do the swipe cards. She had to go to the back and find someone to get my gift card applied. You would think that this would be part of the training. A customer that was already there before I arrived had been waiting a long time when the employee asked his name, she had to get info from him and told him his order slip didn't print and his order didn't get in and now he had to wait longer. He was completely unimpressed. When I arrived there were only 2 people ahead of me and one of them left and it still took 40 minutes to get in and put with food. This is ridiculous !! The manager has to retrain the staff because the service there is horrible. This location is definately a problem. I never get this kind of service at the Georgetown and Orangeville location. When I attempted to go online on the Swiss Chalet website to complain I only had my gift card balance receipt. I was not given my receipt with the order number. I think they knew I was going to complain and didn't give it to me. I doubt I will return to this location.

  Had a great experience at this branch! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Zafirah served me, and it was wonderful. Warm service even on a cold day, thank you! 🥳

  We waited 25 minutes before being seen by a server. The service was very poor — we were in the restaurant for a long time because our server was rarely around. When she did come by, it was about every 30 minutes. She only had three tables of two people and one table of five (which was us). We arrived at 6:20 p.m. and didn’t leave until 8:00 p.m. because the server barely came by and the food took a long time to arrive. That said, the food itself was not bad.

  Had a great time here getting dinner and catching up with some friends! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. This is the first time I ordered the chicken festive special combo and it will definitely not be the last! The food was so good and we were served by Shamyra who provided such wonderful and friendly service! Will definitely be back soon :)

  New owners and they have ruined the last best Swiss Chalet in Brampton. What a disappointment. The new owners are very specific with the amount of salad you now get and while I understand that the prices have gone up, the little handful of lettuce served on a dessert plate is pathetic. Dont order garlic cheese loaf When management or owner is present because she is very angry if they give more tomatoes And onion along with garlic butter. The chicken pieces don't even look like real chicken. They're tiny scraggly looking and it's just such a disappointment. I think the new owner should be deeply ashamed for ruining the little bit. We have left to enjoy. Never going back.
