Well when we got home we noticed that the cheesecake was missing and the coleslaw was half full. This isn’t the first time where we’ve ordered from this location and satisfaction was less then 100% Swiss chalet do better
- ASAVJOT SINGHDec 24, 20251.0Terrible and disrespectful behavior toward delivery drivers. I went inside to pick up an Uber Eats order and was told it would take a few minutes. I waited patiently. After 7–8 minutes, I asked again and was rudely spoken to by an employee (possibly a manager) in front of customers. She then refused to give me the order and said I was waiting there for no reason. I wasted 20–30 minutes and didn’t get paid at all. Completely unacceptable. This isn’t an isolated incident—many other drivers have had the same problem with the same employee (short, boy-style haircut). This location clearly has no respect for delivery drivers or their time. Management seriously needs to address this behavior.

We were greeted immediately upon entry and to our surprise the hostess Naomi remembered my husband as one of her former elementary school teachers. A very special reunion. My husband said she hasn’t changed, very happy and smiley! She later came to check up on us to make sure we were enjoying our dinner and offered us the apple pie promo special. A real treat for a Saturday night. Our meals were well presented and fresh, brought in a timely manner. Thank you to Harleen for her friendly service. Thank you to Supervisor Bailla for clearly making this place run smoothly. A happy place to be. Thank you!
